What is the I Hate Dirty Carpet process of professional “steam” tile and grout cleaning?

We are IICRC certified and exceed national standards.

IICRC’s four fundamentals of soil removal :

Chemistry, Agitation, Temperature, and Time.

First, we perform a thorough walk-through with our customers to set expectations and give a concrete price that we stand behind.

Next, we perform a tile/stone identification test to ensure we use the best & safest tile and stone-cleaning chemistry for the particular stone or tile at hand.

We perform pre-vacuuming to ensure excess soil is removed from the surface.

We then apply a non-toxic, enviro-safe pre-spray that contains no d-limonene, no butyls, no solvents, no oxidizers, and no NTA.

We allow our pre-spray to dwell as designed by science and the manufacturer.

Then we agitate the surface with counter-rotating brushes to loosen the soil.

The last step is using a tile wand or spinner to rinse the suspended soil and neutralize the PH with our steam truck-mounted extraction equipment.

(tile and grout sealer can be applied for an additional fee).
